Claymont City Schools will offer two properties in Dennison, Ohio, at a live public auction. Auction 1 – Claymont Intermediate School and Auction 2 – Claymont Northside Gym will be sold separately, presenting two distinctly different opportunities for buyers.
Both facilities were most recently used during the 2025–26 school year and are served by public water and public sewer. While designed for educational use, the existing buildings offer features such as large gathering and recreation spaces, classrooms, offices, kitchens, restrooms, parking, and other infrastructure that may be of interest to organizations, investors, or other buyers seeking adaptable existing facilities.
